Lyons Raceway Park-Lyons, Indiana

The Warriors made their way to a beautiful 1/8th mile NHRA track southwest of Indianapolis, Indiana. Larry Woodruff welcomed the Warriors with a trial race hoping to bring all 8 cars for a potential 2010 season booking. The Warriors including the Thunderstruck Blown Injected Chevy monster Camaro of Bill Bonanti, Mike & Karen Himes, the Mad Man Rodeck powered blown stud. As these two are in a points battle for the Warrior points top honors, Bob Lascak & Karen DeBarto working the 548 inch blown corvette for a good showing and everyone had them ready and on kill. The Warriors pride showed thru as the 1/8th mile burnouts smoked the Indiana crowed in with the starter looking up the track wondering where the cars went until slowly the cloud lifted revealing the cars. Special thanks to Larry and all the Lyons personnel for there great accommodating repore and to all that made this most beautiful near perfect race track.
