Each member of the Supercharged Warrior Family has their own area of expertise. At all meetings, anyone who wishes to express their opinion can do so. The Board of Directors then compiles all the information and makes the necessary decisions needed to keep the group professional, entertaining, affordable and fun.

Bob Lascak,DirectorBob has been involved in numerous forms of racing throughout his life. From brackets to IHRA and NHRA nationally sanctioned events, Bob's been there. It is this knowledge gained through experience and discipline that has helped him to direct such a wonderful group of race teams.
Bob says one of the keys to running such a successful group are the good people surrounding him. The Warriors have an excellent staff of experienced, calculating, energetic, and fun people that understand the importance of clean, memorable action. Bob prides himself on being the Director of the "Best Blown Tour Group" in the country. |

Alex DeBarto, TreasurerAlex is the Treasurer for the Supercharged Warriors. She is responsible for
taking care of all funds for the group.Alex developed her love for drag racing at a very early age by helping crew her father Lou DeBarto with his Wild Thing race team.When not around the track,she works at a Law Firm in Pittsburgh, Pa. Alex may not be the first girl to the track but she is usually the last to leave. When the racing is done the
bookwork begins.

Joe Veschusio, Technical DirectorJoe is the guy in charge of safety. He keeps the group up to date with the various safety rules and general regulations of NHRA and IHRA. He also helps with implementing and applying the group's own rules and regulations.

Natt DeBarto, Race Coordinator
Natt is the girl that keeps the show moving smoothly. She
coordinate the timing with the track for each round of competition and keeps
all of the teams informed of the shows status. She works with the tower
personel during each round helping the announcer with the warrior stats.
Natt has been going to race tracks since she was a toddler. She
developed her love of the sport by helping her father, Lou DeBarto, crew
on his Supercharged Warrior car the Wild Thing. Natt attends Richland High School in Johnstown, Pa. When not at the track you can find her in any pool doing laps for that winning time at the next meet.

Karen DeBarto, Marketing DirectorKaren is responsible for booking the Warrior Shows and obtaining sponsorships packages for the Warrior Teams. She also promotes the group through advertising and communication with tracks and sponsors, including press releases for various magazines and newspapers. Karen also coorindinates the race stats.
